I was told to speak with the manager on duty. I did but I’m not sure what is next.

I arrived in the middle of the night. I was told I could maybe get early check in for a fee if I came back at 8:00am. I checked with the front desk at 7:45am and was told to come back at 8:00am. Last night and today I asked if my name could be placed on a list and at least be notified via email or my cell.

I was told no. So I tried the kiosk and received better customer service. Per the kiosk I will be emailed when my room is ready. The reason I’m not sure what is next is because the MOD told me sometimes the kiosk is accurate and sometimes it is not when providing room notifications.

So I’m now waiting until 9:00 am for a key and mail set up. I’ve never received this type of service from other Las Vegas Hotels.

I’m very dissatisfied. I’ve been up for over 30 hours.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I need a room .

Odd, but aren't there alot of lodging establishments in Las Vegas? Here's a thought: find a room at a different place.
